Chronoception: A Journey of Time in Kyrgyzstan’s Untamed Mountains

In the remote Kyrgyzstan’s Kokshaal-Too mountains, a unique ski expedition unfolds, guided not just by the contours of the land but by an exploration of time itself. The film Chronoception captures the essence of this twenty-two-day journey as it immerses the audience in the ancient Silk Road’s footsteps and the nomadic traditions of Kyrgyzstan.

Thomas Delfino, Léa Klaue, and Aurélien Lardy, joined by the legendary high-mountain guides Hélias Millerioux and Jean-Yves Fredriksen, embark on an adventure where Time and Space seem to pause. Wild animals, awe-inspiring mountain landscapes, and unpredictable weather patterns set the stage for an unforgettable odyssey.
